  3. 03

    Book your spot

Spots fill up before the first storm. Lock in your property now and never think about the plow again.

  4. 04

    We clear it all winter

When the snow comes, we plow, push and stack, and load and haul when needed, so your property stays safe and accessible all winter long.

Stack, Haul, Salt or Sand

The right mix depends on your lot. Here is how the options compare:

01

Push and stack

Pushing snow to the edges of the lot is the quickest way to clear it. As the winter goes on, the piles grow and can take up parking spaces and block sight lines.

02

Load and haul

Loading snow into trucks and hauling it away frees up the whole lot again. It takes more equipment and time, so it costs more than stacking.

03

Salt or sand

Salt melts ice and works best when it is not too cold. Sand gives traction in deep cold but does not melt anything and has to be swept up in spring.

What Affects the Cost

Every snow removal price comes down to a few things:

  • Size of the area: Square footage of the lot, driveway or laneway.
  • Layout: Islands, curbs, parked cars and tight corners take more time.
  • Stacking room: Lots with no room to stack need loading and hauling.
  • Salting and sanding: How often salt or sand is put down.
  • Season length: A seasonal contract covers the whole winter.

Snow Removal FAQ

How much does snow removal cost?

The price depends on the size and layout of the lot, whether there is room to stack the snow or it has to be hauled away, and whether you want salting or sanding. We give you a free quote for the season.

Do you plow residential driveways?

Yes. We clear commercial and residential lots with seasonal contracts.

When should I book snow removal for the 2026 / 2027 season?

As early as you can. Spots fill up before the first storm, so booking in the fall makes sure your property is on the route when the snow comes.

What is the difference between snow plowing and snow removal?

Plowing pushes the snow off the driveway or lot and stacks it at the edges. Snow removal loads the snow into trucks and hauls it off the property, which frees up space when the piles get too big.

Do you offer salting?

Yes. Salting and sanding are available to cut down on ice on lots and walkways.
